2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 304B IPC registered in connection with Bhagwanganj P.S. Case No. 76 of 2018.
3. It is submitted that the petitioners have been falsely implicated merely because they happen to be the mother-in-law and father-in-law respectively of the deceased lady. It is submitted that the petitioners had separated from the family and have no concern with the day-to-day matters of the deceased and her husband. It is further submitted that the deceased was mentally ill and was under medical treatment for the same. The petitioners claim clean antecedents
4. Having regard to the nature of accusations and gravity of offence alleged as well as absence of any cogent material at this stage to indicate that the petitioners were separate from the deceased and her husband, this Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Bail petition stands dismissed.
5. If the petitioners surrender and seek regular bail
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5875 of 2019(2) dt.04-02-2019 2/2 before the learned Court below the same shall be considered on its own merit in accordance with law and without being prejudiced by any observation in the present order, expeditiously. (Vikash Jain, J) Chandran/- U T
