JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 31-07-2015 Petitioner is languishing in custody since 16.04.2015 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is specifically alleged that petitioner pierced spear in the abdomen of the informant and when the family members of the informant came to rescue then all the accused persons assaulted them also.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that one penetrating injury of 1⁄2 x 1⁄4 has been found whereas there is counter version of the occurrence also and petitioner also received injuries.

Considering the aforesaid facts and the fact that investigation has already concluded, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.
