Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section-387 of the Indian Penal Code.

The mobile through which call of extortion was made, was recovered from possession of the petitioner. Submission on behalf of petitioner is that wife of the petitioner is Secretary of the school, in which, the informant is working as teacher and as a matter of fact, some dispute arose between wife of the petitioner and the informant and thereafter, the informant lodged this false case. The petitioner is languishing in jail custody since 07-03-2016 and does not have any criminal antecedent.

Case No. 24 of 2016 to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Samastipur.
