Learned counsel for the petitioners is expected to honour his undertaking given in the instant case for depositing the requisite court fee and to remove the defects as pointed out by the office when called upon to do so by the office.

The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B), 498(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that the daughter of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.19477 of 2021(2) dt.16-12-2021 2/3 informant has been killed for non-fulfillment of the dowry demand.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners petitioner No. 1 is mother-in-law and petitioner No. 2 is married sister-in-law of the deceased. Moreover, the thrust of accusation is against the husband of the deceased who has been granted bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 21.10.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 27517 of 2021.

In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Ara Nawada P.S. Case No. 927 of 2020, subject
