JUSTICE SHAILENDRA SINGH ORAL ORDER 24-01-2025 This application has been filed for the modification of the order dated 23.10.2024 passed by this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 70515 of 2024 by which the present petitioner along with four others have been granted anticipatory bail.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is residing in Kolkata, West Bengal and working as a labour in a factory for his livelihood and also suffered from viral fever and was under treatment, due to these reasons, the petitioner could not surrender before the trial court within the prescribed time period.

3. Considering the aforesaid submissions as well as the averments made in this petition, this application is allowed and the period of surrender in connection with Kajraili P.S. Case

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.4337 of 2025(2) dt.24-01-2025 2/2 No. 53 of 2024 pending before the court concerned is hereby extended by further four weeks from today.
