JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 06-08-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Allegedly, petitioner was caught red handed while he went to the garage of co-accused and asked him to change the engine of Bolero and Santro Car.
The contention on behalf of the petitioner is that as a matter of fact, petitioner runs scrap business and he had purchased the engine of Bolero and Santro Car and subsequently, he sold the engine of Bolero to one Sonelal and, therefore, the accusation of theft is completely falsified.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27409 of 2015 (2) dt.06-08-2015 2/2 bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Raxaul, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Ramgarhwa P.S.
