Petitioner is languishing in jail custody since 09.12.2014 on the accusation that he was found illegally consuming electric energy causing loss to the Electricity Department to the tune of Rs. 3,24,280/- The submission on behalf of the petitioner is that the shop in which illegally electric energy was being consumed belonged to one Bhupat Sharma and as a matter of fact, petitioner works in the shop of aforesaid Bhupat Sharma. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties and also keeping in mind the
