2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 126(2)/115(2)/109/3(5) of the B.N.S. and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. Learned senior counsel for the petitioner submits that as per F.I.R., specific accusation of causing fire-arm injury is against co-accused Annu. So far as this petitioner is concerned, it is alleged that this petitioner fired indiscriminately but no injury was caused to anyone.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposes prayer for anticipatory bail and submits that petitioner is named in the F.I.R. with specific accusation that he also fired. Besides this, petitioner has got five criminal antecedent.

5. Considering the nature of accusation and criminal antecedent, the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner is rejected.
