====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 31-01-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioner is in custody in connection with Complaint Case No. 230C2 of 2019 for the offenses under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. In the instant case total 16 ltrs of foreign wine was seized. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that nothing was recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 20.12.2019.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has got a clean antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
