The petitioners being the parents of the husband of the victim are languishing in custody since 30.03.2015 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A, 307, 304B of the Indian Penal Code and 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.

The accusation is of killing the daughter of the informant after six years of the marriage for non-fulfillment of the dowry demand.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that considering the delayed lodging of the FIR and the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27225 of 2015 (2) dt.31-07-2015 2/2 retracted version of the informant the husband of the victim has been granted bail vide Cr. Misc. No. 26357 of 2014. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-XI, Saran at Chapra in connection with Sessions Trial No. 171 of 2015 arising out of Sonepur P.S.
