JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH) Date : 30-06-2022 The petitioners have filed the present application under Article 226 of the Constitution of India challenging the notices issued to them under Section 7 of the Public Demand Recovery Act whereby each of them has been asked to pay Rs.2,46,718/- as public demand for deficit amount of stamp. 2.
Learned counsel for the petitioners admits that the
Patna High Court CWJC No.3814 of 2020 dt.30-06-2022 2/2 petitioners have appeared before the Certificate Officer and filed their objection under Section 9 of the Public Demand Recovery Act. He further admits that the matter is sub judice before the quasi judicial authority for final determination of the demand made from the petitioners.

In that view of the matter, we are not inclined to entertain the present application under extra-ordinary writ jurisdiction. The application is dismissed.
