The petitioner is accused in connection with Kishanganj P.S. Case No. 35 of 2016 registered under Sections 370, 371 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3, 4 and 5 of the Immoral Traffic Act.

The accusation is that in course of raid of the house of the petitioner, one girl and boy were recovered in objectionable condition, who disclosed their names as Misha Pravin and Md. Dilsukh.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it would appear from the F.I.R. that the house of the petitioner and the house of four others are said to be raided by the police official,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19084 of 2016 (3) dt.22-06-2016 in fact, girl who is recovered from the house of the petitioner is relative of the petitioner has already been released. It is further submitted that petitioner, who is lady, has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 04.02.2016. It is further submitted that coaccused, Husna Bano, has already been granted privilege of bail by this Court vide order dated 19.05.2016 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 21182 of 2016.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Kishanganj P.S. Case No. 35 of 2016 in connection with Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kishanganj. Out of two sureties, one surety must be the close relative of the petitioner. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J) Bhardwaj/- U T
