It has been alleged at the end of the informant, O.C. of Dalmiyanagar O.P. that during course of conduction of raid at the half constructed house of the petitioner, his son-in-law Kallu Khan @ Firoj Khan, who was occupant of the aforesaid semi constructed house, was apprehended. On search, two motorcycles were recovered. It has also been disclosed that on interrogation, the aforesaid Kallu Khan @ Firoj Khan admitted his culpability and also admitted being a kingpin, who runs an organized group and is very much engaged in committing loot, robbery, dacoity and at his instance so many motorcycles were recovered from different places.
Although the petitioner has got criminal antecedent
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.4187 of 2020(4) dt.23-06-2020 2/2 but considering his detention since 27.8.2018 coupled with nature of allegation, the petitioner Jamalu Khan @ Jamaluddin Khan is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl. Sessions Judge-III, Rohtas at Sasaram in Dihri Nagar (Dalmiyanagar) P.S.Case No. 481/2018.
