Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner happens to be main assailant and it is alleged that he shot fire on the deceased as a result of which deceased died and taking note of the allegation as well as facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and hence, his prayer for bail in connection with Sessions trial no. 105 of 2016 arising out of Ballia P.S.Case No. 14 of 2008, pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge VIth, Begusarai stands rejected.

However, the learned trial court is directed to expedite

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20629 of 2016 (2) dt.19-05-2016 2/2 the trial of the petitioner and try to conclude the same as early as possible.
