The petitioner is in jail custody since 06-03-2014 in a case reregistered under Section-366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code. No doubt, the victim is still traceless but admittedly, after completion of the investigation, charge sheet has already been submitted against the petitioner.

Considering the above-said facts and circumstances as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named-above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Bajpatti P.S. Case No. 201 of 2013 to the satisfaction of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Pupri, Sitamarhi.
