1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.
2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Barbigha P.S. Case no.476 of 2023 registered under sections 420, 419, 468 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, the informant states that as a result of raid being conducted, three accused persons including the petitioner herein were caught and various incriminating articles, including five mobile sets and Sim card used by the accused for carrying out crime, were seized.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case. He is in custody since 11.11.2023 and has no criminal antecedent. His
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.9892 of 2024(2) dt.22-02-2024 2/2 case stands on a similar footing to that of another F.I.R. named co-accused Golu Kumar who has been enlarged on bail vide order dated 7.2.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. no.5227 of 2024.
5. Heard learned A.P.P. for the State.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the allegations in the F.I.R., the petitioner not having any criminal antecedent, grant of bail to the F.I.R. named co-accused Golu Kumar by the aforesaid order dated 7.2.2024 and chargesheet having been submitted in the case, the Court directs the petitioner to be enlarged on bail in connection with Barbigha P.S. Case no.476 of 2023 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/ (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Sheikhpura.
