2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for offence under Sections 153(A), 295(A), 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 67 of the I.T. Act.

3. The allegation against petitioner is that he and other co-accused were circulating video and photographs of the clash between two communities in the Mahaviri flag procession under Darpa Police Station on social media with the aim to spread enmity between two groups.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated due to village politics.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail and submits that petitioner has got criminal antecedent and he is accused in six criminal cases.

6. Considering the nature of accusation and criminal antecedent, the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner is rejected.
