The petitioner seeks bail in Maner P.S. Case No. 167/2000, registered for the offences punishable under Section 307 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The bail bond of the petitioner was cancelled on 05.10.2004. The petitioner is in jail since 20.02.2014. The petitioner already remained in jail for one and half years for misuse of bail for about 10 years. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District & Sessions Judge V, Danapur (Patna), in connection with Maner P.S.
