Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the direction of this Court dated 30.09.2022 the respondent authority has passed an order in Rent Fixation Case No.01/2022-23 on 11.02.2023.

In view of the aforesaid, writ application stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file an appeal before the Collector, Gaya.
