The petitioners seek regular bail in a case under section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The informant is brother of the deceased. He alleged that his brother used to take wine in the house of Janji Soren. The petitioners had threatened the deceased and the informant not to visit the house of Janji Soren. On the date of occurrence, when the informant went, the petitioners were found fleeing from the house of Janji Soren. Janji Soren was also there and the dead body of the deceased was lying on the verandah of Janji Soren. There is no eye witness of the occurrence. It appears that the deceased used to visit the house of Janji Soren even after
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26397 of 2015 (2) dt.24-07-2015 protest.
Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation, let the petitioners above named be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Ram Jha, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Katihar in connection with Balrampur P.S. Case No. 218 of 2014.
