JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 23-06-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kundwa Chainpur P.S.Case No.114 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272 and 273 of the IPC and Sections 30(a), 41(1) of the Bihar Excise Prohibition Act, 2016.

Considering the nature of allegation and material available on record, the Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The prayer is rejected. However, in the event the petitioner surrenders and prays for regular bail, the court below shall consider and dispose of the same on the same day without being influenced by refusal of anticipatory bail by this Court.
