The petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 379 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioners and others are alleged to have entered into the house of the informant Md. Gaffar. The petitioner is alleged to have assaulted Md. Gaffar with pharsa on his head and the injury found is lacerated and simple in nature. It is further alleged that the petitioner no. 2 fired on the son of the informant, but the shot did not hit the son of the informant. There is a counter version.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26437 of 2015 (2) dt.24-07-2015 2/2 Learned counsel for the informant vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sikrahana at Motihari, East Champaran in Dhaka P.S. Case No. 56 of 2015.
