JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL JUDGMENT & ORDER Date: 28-07-2017 Following is the relief prayed for in the present writ application:- (i) For issuance of direction to the respondent authorities

Patna High Court CWJC No.9894 of 2017 dt.28-07-2017 2/3 especially respondent No. 2 to reevaluate/recheck the answer sheet of the petitioner's son for Intermediate Examination held in February, 2017.

(ii) For issuance of direction the respondents authorities to grant 2 grace marks to the petitioner's son in any paper (in Physics, Chemistry or Mathematics) so that he can take admission in Vellore Institute of Technology University.

(iii) For issuance of direction to the respondent No. 4 and 5 to not cancel the admission of the petitioner's son during pendency of the present writ application.

(iv) For issuance of direction to the Respondent no. 2 to produce the answer sheets of the petitioner's son in the court and same may be caused to be checked by an expert on cost of the petitioner.

(v) And/or any other relief of reliefs to which the petitioner may be found entitled in course of hearing of this writ application.

2. On the basis of the submission made on behalf of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.9894 of 2017 dt.28-07-2017 3/3 petitioner, it had been recorded in the order, dated 27.07.2017, that in order to decide whether a prima facie case was made out for sending the answer-sheets to any expert/experts, the answer-sheets have been directed to be produced by Bihar School Examination Board (hereinafter referred to as the Board).

3. I have perused the answer-sheets, which were produced by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Board. On perusal of the same, no gross case is made out, which could have compelled the High Court to direct for re-evaluation of the answersheets.

4. This application has no merit and is, accordingly, dismissed.

5. Let the amount of Rs. 40,000/-, deposited by the petitioner in terms of the order, dated 17.07.2017, be returned to the petitioner.

6. Let the answer-sheets, produced by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Board, be also returned to the learned counsel for the Board.
