JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 27-03-2024 This is the second attempt of the petitioner for grant of regular bail as earlier the bail application of the petitioner was rejected on 14.7.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 41671 of 2023.

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State Shri Jharkhandi Upadhyay.

3. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Matihani P.S. Case No. 18 of 2023 registered for the offence under Section 25(1-B)a/26,35 of the Arms Act.

4. A report was called from the concerned Court below in connection with the stage of trial of Matihani P.S. Case No. 18 of 2023. The report has been received and the same shows that that the case is pending for framing of charge.

5. In view of the above, no ground for review is made out.

6. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.

7. The Superintendent of Police, Begusarai is directed to produce the witnesses on the dates fixed in the trial.

8. Mr. Jharkhandi Upadhyay, learned APP for the State will communicate this order to the Superintendent of Police, Begusarai.
