Petitioner is said to have assaulted the informant with iron rod and lathi.
Learned counsel for the petitioner drew my attention towards Annexure-2 to this petition and submitted that two injuries were found on the person of the informant; first is said to be pain in abdomen-the tenderness and second bodily pain and opinion regarding pain of abdomen was kept reserved but uptill now,, the complete injury report has not been brought before the I.O.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26358 of 2015 (2) dt.27-07-2015 2/2 above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Nanpur P.S. Case No. 101 of 2015 to the satisfaction of Learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Pupri, Sitamarhi.
