JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 23-11-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the State and learned counsel for respondent no.6. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed, and therefore, he may be permitted to withdraw this writ petition. Sri Sajid Salim Khan, learned counsel for the State submits that respondent no.6 had filed an application for cancellation of Jamabandi, which is alleged to have been wrongly/illegally created in favour of the petitioner.
