The petitioner seeks bail in Laxmipur P.S. Case No. 211/2014, registered for the offences punishable under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is not named in the FIR. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The name of the petitioner figured in the case in the confessional statement of Binod Kumar Yadav. Binod Kumar Yadav has already been enlarged on bail. The petitioner is in jail since 23.01.2015 but he has not yet been put on Test Identification Parade. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of
