JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 27-02-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1. i. Issuance of an appropriate writ including a writ in the nature of Mandamus commanding and directing the respondents to grant 3rd ACP in the pay scale of Rs. 6500-10,500/- (P.B.-25400/-) Grade pay with monetary benefits on the basis of Gyapank

Patna High Court CWJC No.1552 of 2022(3) dt.27-02-2024 2/3 3.A.9- Vividh 31/2013 VI dated 17.02.2014 issued under the signature of Additional Secretary, Finance Department, Government of Bihar, Patna with effect from 01.01.2009 and also directed to the respondent to also pay the arrears of the salary in P.B.-24800/- Grade pay, the benefits of pay revision in original pay scale with effect from 01.01.2006 with interest and also correction in the pension amount etc while the respondents have granted 1st and 2nd A.C.P to the petitioner with effect from 09.08.1999 but in this regard monetary benefits have not been paid to the petitioner correctly on the basis of letter dated 17.02.2014 issued by the Finance Department, Govt. of Bihar, Patna.

ii. Issuance of an appropriate writ including a writ in the nature of Mandamus to the respondents not to harass the petitioner in the matter of grant of admissible and legally dues arrears in Grade pay P.B.-1-4800/- and pay all the dues amount to the petitioner with interest at the bank rate immediately. "

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present

Patna High Court CWJC No.1552 of 2022(3) dt.27-02-2024 3/3 writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent authorities for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
