The petitioner is accused in connection with Goh P.S. Case No. 176 of 2015, registered under Section 461, 379, 295, 414, 414 & 420 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 25 of Antiques and Treasure Act and Section 30(i)(iii) of Ancient Monuments and Archeological Sites and Remains Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. In course of investigation on the basis of the intelligence input, six persons including the petitioner were apprehended by the Police traveling through Vehicle bearing Reg. No. BR-27C-6016 and thereafter, the Police got recorded the confessional statement of the petitioner

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17612 of 2016 (2) dt.28-04-2016 2/2 showing his involvement in the preset case, except the confessional statement, there is nothing against the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 18.01.2016. Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Goh P.S. Case No. 176 of 2015. Out of two sureties, one surety must be the parent/close relative of the petitioner, who will file an affidavit showing his relation with the petitioner.
