The petitioner is in custody in connection with Cheria Bariyarpur P.S. Case No. 135 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 25 (1-b) a, 26/35 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 3.8.2018. He further submits that in the instant case country-made pistol without cartridge was recovered.

Considering the totality of the facts situation, let the petitioner named above is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the
