2. Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to remove the defect by correcting the subject matter of the writ application. Let the same be done during the course of the day.

3. With consent, the matter has also been heard on merits.

4. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he has also moved before the Vice Chancellor, L. N. Mithila University but no decision has been taken as yet.

5. Learned counsel for the L. N. Mithila University

Patna High Court CWJC No.8858 of 2017 dt.03-08-2017 2/2 submitted that the representation of the petitioner shall be considered and disposed off.

6. In view thereof, the writ petition stands disposed off with a direction to the respondent no. 3 to consider the representation filed by the petitioner, copy of which is Annexure-1 series to the present writ application, expeditiously and within a maximum period of two months from the date of production of a copy of the order before him.

7. If any consequential benefits, including payment of money to him is required, the same shall also be given within the next one month.
