JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 20-02-2020 The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Rajgir P.S. Case No. 272 of 2019, registered for offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 353 of the Indian Penal Code.

Police on information that one Suresh Rajbanshi has concealed liquor in his house, raided his house, on which, the police party was attacked by several persons including petitioner.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that though he is named in the F.I.R, no specific allegation has been attributed to him and he has been in judicial custody since 08.10.2019.

Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 3rd Additional District and Sessions Judge, Excise, Nalanda at Biharsharif, in connection with Rajgir P.S. Case No. 272 of 2019, subject to the condition that petitioner will cooperate in disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court below, failing which, the prosecution shall move for cancellation of his bail bonds.
