CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 17-04-2018 In view of the fact that State Appellate Authority is functional now, the petitioner-State is granted liberty to file appeal before the State Appellate Authority against the decision of the District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority. In case such appeal is filed by the State within a period of one month from today, the State Appellate Authority is required to decide the appeal filed by the petitioner-State on its own merit in accordance with law after condoning the delay, if any, in filing the appeal within a period of two months from the
4/4 date of filing of the appeal.
With the aforesaid, all the writ petitions are disposed of.
