Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(b),34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The report of the learned Trial Judge dated 19.02.2019 would reveal that the trial is likely to be concluded within six months on cooperation of the prosecution. Learned counsel for the informant submits that more prosecution witnesses have been examined after the aforesaid report and trial is likely to be concluded very soon. Considering the facts aforesaid, prayer for bail is refused for the present in connection with Dariyapur P.S.Case
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.6636 of 2019(3) dt.22-04-2019 2/2 No.129 of 2017, Sessions Trial No.632 of 2017 pending in the court of learned Addl. Sessions Judge V, Saran at Chapra with direction that if the trial would not be concluded within next four months, the learned court below would consider the desirability of the petitioner to be released on bail.
