It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he was transferred thrice in the year 2018 without there being any administrative reason for the same within very short span of time. However, the last of such order dated 11.12.2018 by which the petitioner was transferred to Nagarnausa has been recalled and the petitioner has been allowed to stay in Rahui Block office where he had joined after the order dated 15.09.2018 was passed.

With the recall of the last order of transfer, the petitioner does not want to press this petition.
