====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PURNENDU SINGH ORAL ORDER 09-11-2022 Heard Ms. Rashmi Jha, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr. Tapeshwar Sharma, learned APP for the State.

Vide order dated 20.04.2022, the petitioner was released on provisional bail with a condition that the petitioner is required to file an affidavit giving details of the owner of the vehicle, as to how he is connected with the trade of liquor, name of the person for whom he was working and where the liquor was to be transported.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has stated in Para-6 of the supplementary affidavit that the petitioner has no concern with the owner of the vehicle and he is not involved in trade of liquor. The petitioner was not arrested on the sport rather he has falsely been implicated on the basis of

Considering the specific statement made on the behalf of the petitioner in Para-6 of the supplementary affidavit, this Court confirms the provisional bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 20.04.2022 on the similar terms and conditions in view of the fact that the petitioner has filed supplementary affidavit in compliance of one of the conditions of the provisional bail.

As physical filing is now being accepted, petitioner is directed to file all the relevant documents and the court fees physically.
