The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 3655(c) of 2018 registered under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is husband of the complainant. Earlier, he filed an Informatory Petition (Annexure-3) before the Court below alleging therein that his wife is of quarrel nature and used to abuse his parents and does not want to live with him. It is also submitted that father of the complainant had filed an affidavit (Annexure-P/4) stating that marriage of the complainant was
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.4054 of 2020(2) dt.22-01-2020 2/2 solemnized without demand of dowry. Further submission is that on perusal of all annexures, it appears that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class-cum-A.M. IV, Patna in connection with Complaint Case No. 3655(c) of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
