Petitioner and several other accused were caught by the police when the police got information of running mini gun factory and the informant along with police personal raided Khas jungle.

Submission on behalf of the petitioner is that having more or less similar allegation, one co-accused Md. Ezaz has already been granted privilege of bail by this Court vide order dated 08.04.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 14686 of 2016, whereas petitioner is in jail custody since 26.11.2015.
