The petitioner seeks bail in Town P.S. Case No. 727/2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 3, 4, 5, 6 of Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act.

The petitioner was apprehended along with other accused persons and it is alleged that the petitioner was found indulged in prostitution. Similarly situated co-accused, namely Deepak Kumar, Amar Deo Yadav and Dinesh Prasad Kushwaha have already been enlarged on bail. The case of the petitioner stands on the same footing.

It appears that the petitioner was apprehended along with Dinesh Prasad Kushwaha who has already been enlarged on bail.
