Petitioners are not named in the first information report nor anything has been recovered from their conscious possession and except confessional statement of petitioner no. 1 as well as statement of informant and one witness recorded at paragraphs 15 and 16 of the case diary, there appears to be nothing against the petitioners. Moreover, one co-accused namely, Mukesh Kumar, from whose possession the stolen Laptop has been recovered, has already been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 24.04.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 8074 of 2014. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as
