The petitioner seeks bail in Sheikhpura P.S. Case No. 58 of 2018, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

As per written report there is specific allegation against Ghanshyam Ram son of Karu Ram of causing firearm injury on the chest of the informant, on account of which, he died on the spot. The name of petitioner is Ghanshyam Ram son of Laddu Ram.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that allegation against the petitioner is general and omnibus that he along with other accused persons arrived and gave order to kill the son of

Petitioner is in custody since 20.12.2018.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sheikhpura, in connection with Sheikhpura P.S.
