JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 22-06-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioners are accused in connection with Katoria (Jaipur) P.S. Case No. 190 of 2015, registered under Section 147, 148, 149, 323, 427, 504 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 3/4 of the Explosive Substance Act.

The accusation is that five persons, including the petitioners, entered into the filed of the informant and started uprooting the paddy crops, when informant and his family members made protest then both the petitioners hurled bombs causing injury to the informant at his chest and thigh. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that

No.18407 of 2016 (3) dt.22-06-2016 2/2 admittedly there is land dispute in between the petitioners and informant and the injuries are said to be caused by these petitioners is of multiple tiny, while the opinion was kept reserved at the time of examination. Further submission is that Chargesheet has already been submitted without description of the nature of injury and petitioners are in custody since 25.02.2016.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M.-1, Banka in connection with Katoria (Jaipur) P.S. Case No.190 of 2015.
