The petitioner seeks bail in Jagdishpur P.S. Case No. 371/2014, registered for the offences punishable under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is not named in the FIR. Nothing has been recovered from the possessions of the petitioner. Name of the petitioner figured in the case in the confessional statement of the co-accused but the petitioner is not put on Test Identification Parade, although he is in jail since 26.02.2015. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
