JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 29-01-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Nawanagar (Sonversa) P.S. Case No. 198 of 2018 for the offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 28.10.2018. He further submits that nothing was recovered from the possession of this petitioner. He further submits that the persons from whose possession liquor was recovered have already been granted regular bail or anticipatory by different coordinate Benches of this Court. Considering the fact that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and the other co-accused have already been

Case No. 198 of 2018.
