The petitioner being the father of the husband of the victim is languishing in custody since 28.08.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of killing the daughter of the informant after 2 1⁄2 years of the marriage for non-fulfillment of the dowry demand.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the accusation is omnibus and general against entire in-laws family. Moreover, the mother and sister of the husband of the victim have been granted anticipatory bail vide Cr. Misc. No.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26904 of 2015 (2) dt.28-07-2015 2/2 3322 of 2015.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-V, Katihar in connection with Sessions Trial No. 353 of 2014 arising out of Falka P.S. Case No. 169 of 2014.
