Petitioner has filed this writ petition to direct the authorities to make the petitioner as In-charge Headmaster of Primary School, Dumarkol, Rajauli as the private respondent is not handing over charge to the petitioner.

The District Education Officer, Nawada has already issued direction to the In-charge Headmaster of the school for handing over charge to the petitioner. The District Education Officer is competent to pass order in accordance with law, if any order is not complied by the In-charge Headmaster. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to
