The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Bhagwan Bazar P.S. Case No. 470 of 2019 for the offence registered under Sections 323, 341, 354(B), 379, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that both the parties are residing in the same house and there is dispute between themselves with regard to flowing of Nalla and, previously, the petitioner and his family had filed a complaint case bearing Complaint Case No. 3456 of 2019 on 26.09.2019. It is further submitted that the said case was registered as Bhagwan Bazar P.S. Case No. 501 of 2019. It is further submitted that the present case is sequel to the aforementioned case and the entire allegations are false and mischievous and the allegations have been made only out of vendetta.

No.3812 of 2020(2) dt.21-01-2020 2/2 Considering the nature of allegation made and that the petitioner is having a clean antecedent and also particularly because the parties are in close relationship, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in connection with Bhagwan Bazar P.S.
