2. This writ application has been filed for following reliefs:
(i) An appropriate writ, order or direction quashing the letters dated 18.08.2018 and 11.10.2019, declaring the same as illegal, void and without jurisdiction, be issued. (ii) An appropriate writ, order or direction commanding the respondents 1st Set especially the respondents no. 3 to 6 to protect the interest of the petitioner with respect to the Jalkar in question, be issued.
3. The writ petition is disposed with an observation that the petitioner shall be at liberty to seek remedy before the appropriate forum as may be available to him in accordance with law.
4. It goes without saying that if any question of limitation arises before the competent authority, the same shall be considered taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner was pursuing the issue before this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.
