This is second attempt on behalf of the petitioners, whose prayer was earlier refused by a composite order dated 02.04.2012 in Cr. Misc. No. 2277 of 2012 and Cr. Misc. No. 10227 of 2012. Perused the report of the trial Court received through letter no. 2 dated 6th January 2015 indicating that out of nine witnesses five witnesses have already been examined and the case record has recently been transferred and received there on 10th December 2014. In view of recent transfer of the case, there is no need for submission of any explanation, as

Having regard to the facts and circumstances as emerging from earlier order dated 2nd April 2012 and stage of the case, the prayer for regular bail of the abovenamed petitioners, in connection with Sessions Trial No. 619 of 2011 (arising out of Bheldi P.S. Case No.28 of 2011) pending before the Additional Sessions Judge-III, Saran, is hereby refused. Simultaneously, the trial court is directed to do all the endeavors to prove its expectation true and preferably conclude the trial within four months from the date of communication of the order.
