Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is not named in the first information report and it appears from perusal of the impugned order as well as submission of learned counsel, appearing for petitioner that petitioner was arrested in Dhanarua P.S. Case No. 231 of 2014 registered under various sections of the Arms Act and after that, he was remanded in this case. Petitioner confessed his guilt before the police and it appears that except his confession, there appears to be

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27272 of 2015 (2) dt.06-08-2015 2/2 nothing against him.

Accordingly, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Dhanarua P.S. Case No. 228 of 2014 corresponding to Sessions Trial No. 114 of 2015 to the satisfaction of A.D.J.-VI, Patna.
